Rachel Lyons

Rachel has worked in product owner positions for just over 6 years in a variety of industries such as healthcare, e-commerce and telecoms. She is a certified Scrum Product Owner and has completed the Prince 2 Agile qualification. She became a product owner while working in a sales and account management position within a tech startup which has allowed her to always think about the customer and users of what’s being built. She has a strong focus on communication and transparency and loves working with a variety of teams. She has worked on iOS and android apps as well as web-based products and She really enjoys seeing the impact change has! Outside of work she enjoys a good gym class, socialising with friends and family. She is the organiser amongst her group so always has holiday, hen-do or wedding planning on the go!
