Emma is our Manchester-based Business Development Manager and has over 6 years of software sales experience, providing solutions for both corporate and public sector organisations. Emma began her career with a Fortune 500 technology distributor before taking on the challenge of working for a small start-up, providing high-quality software for educational establishments.

Emma’s expertise lies in building relationships with key stakeholders to position essential tools and services, aligned with an organisation’s key objectives. She was drawn to working with Codurance due to the impressive team of passionate and motivated craftspeople, committed to making a difference to software development practice. A Manchester native, Emma is keen to engage with the Northern tech community and share the Codurance ethos.

In her spare time, Emma likes to unwind by reading crime thrillers, playing board games, listening to comedy podcasts and attempting to visit the local gym.
