We have numerous communities within Codurance that regularly meet online, in person or via our Slack channels to connect and support each other with shared interests. We have groups focused around parents, women, pets, books, wellbeing and much more!
Our people are regularly supporting the wider Software Craftsmanship communities and volunteer their time to deliver coaching, talks, workshops and events to inspire people from all backgrounds to improve their software engineering craftsmanship skills.
Every week we celebrate important awareness days and cultural and religious festivals to ensure everyone feels visible and included. We maintain a calendar that is shared company-wide to ensure everyone across the business is aware of wider societal issues and can remember to mark and celebrate these important dates together.
